About Pride of Telangana Awards-2025

The Pride of Telangana Awards is an annual ceremony that celebrates the contributions of individuals and organizations towards the development of Telangana. This awards ceremony, first introduced in 2018, has become a prestigious event that recognizes excellence across diverse sectors, including education, healthcare, social welfare, and entrepreneurship among several other categories.

Organized by Round Table India and START 148, the awards are judged by a panel of eminent personalities who have excelled in their respective domains. Additionally, this awards ceremony is associated with a philanthropic cause, as START-148 directs 100% of the proceeds towards building classrooms and enhancing the well-being of underprivileged children.

Round Table India

Round Table India is a young men's organization comprised of accomplished businessmen and professionals dedicated to fostering positive change and excellence within our community through philanthropic activities. In addition to undertaking various community service initiatives throughout India, Round Table India's long-term project, "Freedom Through Education," has resulted in the construction of over 8,665 classrooms, positively influencing the education of more than 9.5 million children.

Start-148

Chartered in 1999, START 148, a chapter of Round Table India situated in Secunderabad, Telangana, has maintained a steadfast commitment to community service from its inception. START 148 has been instrumental in the construction of more than 100 classrooms, establishment of an ICU isolation ward, provision of essential supplies, and active participation in disaster relief endeavors while also fostering fellowship and personal growth among its members.

Awards Procedure

Nominee Registration

Anyone is welcome to submit nominations or encourage their eligible friends to apply across any of the 12 categories. Only nominations from individuals who have made significant contributions to the advancement of Telangana will be considered. All nominations will undergo screening, and those selected will be presented to our distinguished jury members.

Nomination Starts: 09 August, 2025
Nomination Ends: 24 August, 2025

Jury Review

The Pride of Telangana initiative is closely affiliated with a panel comprising of highly distinguished individuals who have made remarkable contributions within their respective domains. These esteemed jury members meticulously review all the nominated candidates and after careful consideration of each nomination's merits, shortlist three nominees from each of the 12 categories for voting.

Jury Review On: 29 August, 2025

Audience Voting

Following the jury's selection, the top three nominations in each category will undergo audience voting. A voting period of approximately two weeks will be provided, during which the audience can cast their votes through various platforms such as the website, mobile, WhatsApp, SMS, etc. The nominee in each category with the highest number of votes will be honoured with the title "Pride of Telangana".
