The Pride of Telangana Awards is an annual ceremony that celebrates the contributions of individuals and organizations towards the development of Telangana. The awards were first introduced in 2017 and have become a prestigious event that recognizes excellence in various fields, including education, healthcare, social welfare, and entrepreneurship. Organized by Round Table India and START 148, the awards are judged by a panel of eminent personalities from different walks of life.

The Pride of Telangana Awards has recognized several individuals and organizations that have positively impacted society, honoring those who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, creativity, and innovation in their respective fields. The awards feature categories such as “Art and Culture”, “Education”, “Entertainment”, “Food and Beverage”, “Healthcare”, “Infrastructure”, “NGO”, “Retail”, “SME”, “Sports”, “Star Woman” & “Start-ups” among others.

The Pride of Telangana Awards ceremony is a grand event that attracts participants from all parts of the state, featuring keynote speeches by eminent personalities, cultural performances, and a gala dinner. Round Table India

Round Table India (RTI) is a part of the Round Table International network, a friendship organization founded in Norwich, England by Louis Marchesi in 1927. From a small group of 8 members, it has grown to over 43,000 members across 52 countries representing every corner of the world. Round Table India came into existence in 1957 with the formation of Madras Round Table No 1, and since then, it has grown to become a 5,000+ member strong association with over 324 Tables located over 124 cities and towns, comprising of businessmen, entrepreneurs, technocrats, and professionals who seek to serve the larger needs of the community.

Under "Freedom through Education," RTI has built over 7900 classrooms in 3347 school projects at an outlay of over 380 crores since 1997, impacting the education of over 8.7 million children. The organization's national objective is to "Build Schools for the Underprivileged." RTI is divided into 18 areas, each with its own Area Board to administer them, and a very active National Board guides the affairs of the association. The National Secretariat, the hub of all activities of Round Table India, is located in Chennai.

Round Table India is a zero overheads organization, which means that every rupee of funds raised goes towards its charitable goals. The organization has initiated numerous projects in areas such as education, healthcare, sanitation, and disaster relief. Through its various initiatives, Round Table India has positively impacted the lives of thousands of people across the country and continues to work towards its goal of creating a better and brighter future for all.

Secunderabad Twin Area Round Table 148 (START 148), a chapter of Round Table India located in Secunderabad, Telangana, was established in 1978. Since its inception, START 148 has been actively involved in community service and development projects in the region, with a focus on improving the lives of those in need. The table comprises businessmen, entrepreneurs, and professionals who are dedicated to serving the community and making a positive impact.

START 148's contributions to education, healthcare, and social welfare have been significant. The table has built over 100 classrooms and provided infrastructure support to schools in remote areas, benefiting thousands of children. Additionally, the organization has constructed an ICU Isolation Ward in Osmania General Hospital, Hyderabad, to support the medical needs of the community. Under the schemes "Project heal" and "RTI Kitchen," START 148 has provided essential supplies, including food and shelter, to those in need. The organization has also contributed towards disaster relief efforts and provided aid to communities affected by natural calamities.

Apart from its community service and development initiatives, START 148 promotes fellowship and personal development among its members.
